FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Fede is the mind behind the concept. Sports addicted, stubborn with a very strong mindset forged by his life as a professional windsurfing athlete.
He came to Australia in 2013 following the Windsurfing Tour and eventually moved permanently to Margaret River.
After competing around the globe and working with some of the biggest brands in the sports industry, he combined his athlete's mindset with his professional career by founding the international marketing agency
Unleash Media House, the brand Unleash Outdoors & the ultimate location Unleash Cafe.
Matteo Villa
CO-FOUNDER & HEADCHEF
Matteo is our man behind the kitchen, coming from the Italian food culture.
He excelled in studying and earning a diploma in the restaurant and hospitality industry and worked for famous Michelin-starred Italian restaurants and chefs before
moving to Australia.

There, he started working for some of the most prestigious hospitality venues in the southwest.
His character and vision are unparalleled, with a unique ability to foresee future popular
recipes and food trends.

He loves revisiting and creating recipes by mixing different food traditions.

BRAND DESIGNER
Alice, a talented artist and tattoo designer, is one of the newest members of the Unleash family, joining the team as our Brand Designer.
Known for her incredible creativity and distinct style, Alice continuously surprises us with fresh, unique ideas that embody our brand’s motto: "Expect the Unexpected."
Her artistry brings an exciting edge to our visual identity, capturing the true spirit of Unleash.
